Loke™ Hygiene 40mm - sound absorbing disc

Description

The tiles are ideal for use in kitchens, showers, cloakrooms and other high-traffic areas. The tiles have excellent sound absorption and light reflection properties and are therefore a class A product. The panels can be ordered in different sizes. The panels are antibacterial and antifungal. The surface of the board is waterproof and can therefore withstand washing and damp environments.

The panel is designed specifically for installation directly on the ceiling or wall where there is no space for a traditional suspension system. Absorption class A, ªw is calculated to 1.00 according to ISO 11654. Light reflection is 84%. The panels are available in edge design B.

The panel is installed/glued directly to the ceiling or wall. Attached with glue. You need 1 cartridge for 2 m2 of absorbent. Glue for roof  and Adhesive for walls and pitched roofs

Colours. White. The closest white colour code is NCS 0502-Y

Fire class A2-s1, d0, according to EN 13501-1

The product is M1 certified. This means that the product has been tested and fulfils the strictest international requirements for emissions and non-use of toxic components. There are specific requirements for acoustic products that must be met to obtain M1 certification

Cleaning and maintenance. The panel has a surface that allows for dusting, vacuuming and gentle washing with a slightly damp cloth. If the disc is painted over, it will lose its properties.

Hygiene surface. The visible surface and edges of the panel are coated with waterproof paint and the panel can therefore be washed with normal household detergent on these sides. After washing, the board will appear clean after drying.

Antibacterial surface, The sheet has edges and surface treated to eliminate bacteria and fungi/mold. Resistance to fungus and mould is tested in accordance with ASTM G 21-13.
Resistance to Escherichia Coli and Staphylococcus is tested according to ASTM E 2149-2013a. Resistance to Staphylococcus Aureus ATCC 6538P, Escherichia Coli ATCC 8739 is tested according to ISO 22196:2011. Water-based adhesives that attach the board's components individually are treated in the same way.

Insulating properties. The absorbers have very good insulation properties. Laboratory tested in accordance with current regulations. Thermal thermal conductivity / Lambda value = 0.033W/(m-K). Thermal heat resistance = 1.191 (m2-K)/W.

EPD (Environmental Product Declaration). The product has completed the LCA (Life Cycle Assessment) report and received an EPD (Environmental Product Declaration) certificate.
